Interested in being a part of the Green Bike Share pilot project? Here’s how it works:

• Sign up to become a member easily online.
• Checkout a bike on lower Sproul M-F, 11:00am-1:00pm.
• Enjoy riding for up to 4 days per week.
• Return to lower Sproul M-F, 11:00am-1:00pm the following day.

In Spring 2008, we will be increasing our fleet to 100 bicycles in which:

• 30% - up to 2 hour checkout
• 30%  - up to 6 hour checkout
• 20% - 24 hour checkout
• 20% - 7 day checkout

You must be a U.C. Berkeley student or faculty member to sign up. Slots are limited so sign up for Green Bike Share today! We use Google Checkout to make payment both easy and secure. You can purchase an individual pass for the upcoming semester or pay for the entire school year in advance.

Helmets

All Green Bike Share members are required to wear helmets to ensure safety while riding. If you do not currently own a helmet, you can purchase one from us at any time for $15.
